Fabrika Project
Проектный офис “Фабрика”

December 1, 2017 saw the launch of the Fabrika project that aimed at systematic training of talents with the required skills and competences.

participants of the project

Idea

Development of the project participants is organized according to a 70/20/10 talent management model, where 70 is the percentage for development through performing tasks, 20 is training and experience exchange, and 10 stands for trainings.

70 — development through performing tasks
20 — training and experience exchange
10 — stands for trainings

According to the model, the leading role in developing the participants belongs to their mentors, current managers and/or project leads with Rosatom Service, who directly supervise young talents.

The brightest participants of the project are able to receive permanent job contracts at Rosatom Service and other Rosatom SC subsidiaries, as well as the opportunity to grow in the nuclear industry.

Participants can rotate from one division to another. This opportunity allows knowing the company better and acquiring new knowledge and skills, while seeing other business processes. Rotation can take from 3 to 6 months.

The participants practically learn how to engage in international tenders, contracting, and managing small and medium-size projects in the nuclear industry.
