Rusatom Service JSC took part in the first All-Russian Meeting of Russian Production Workers

12.02.2024

The first “Meeting of Russian Workers” was held in Moscow on February 2, 2024. The “Meeting” was organized by the Commonwealth of entrepreneurs-production workers “Tcech”.

The goals of the Production Workers' Meeting are to consolidate owners of manufacturing enterprises in Russia to discuss urgent problems of the manufacturing sector with authorities and experts, exchange experience with like-minded people, and jointly design the future of Russia's production.

More than 200 entrepreneurs - owners of production companies from all over Russia from different industries: food production, heavy industry, light industry, mechanical engineering, chemical industry, electronic industry, woodworking industry, electric power industry, etc. took part in this Meeting.

“The industries are different, but the tasks and needs of most Russian manufacturing owners today are common: to expand the network of professional contacts, to increase social capital, to organize a dialog with government structures to receive state support and promote business initiatives, to get support from like-minded people and experts. We create an infrastructure connecting manufacturers from all over the country from different spheres for their effective horizontal joint development," said Nailya Ilmanbetova, co-founder of the Commonwealth ‘Tcech”.

Representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the SME Corporation, the Russian Information Technology Development Foundation (RFRIT) and the National Labor Productivity Project answered the questions of manufacturing entrepreneurs during the Open Microphone session.

Owners of manufacturing companies shared best practices for solving complex business development challenges. Dmitry Kainov, a representative of the Robotics Project Office, took part in the event from Rusatom Service JSC as an integrator of the Robotics area in the nuclear industry. The speaker devoted the report to the innovation and process transformation of industrial production in the country, as well as the challenges facing industrial robotization in the import substitution era.

“In the context of the task to build up the country's process sovereignty, Rosatom pays special attention to cooperation with domestic robotics manufacturing companies, as well as integrators with their own technologies. Such combination of high technologies “native to Russia” and Rosatom capabilities allows to stimulate dynamic development of the robotics market in the country”, - said Dmitry Kainov.

“The basis of the world economy is the real sector, the production of a solid end product. Today we are at a stage when the Russian industry is being reborn and restarted. For production workers, there is a unique situation: demand for the products of Russian enterprises exceeds supply, and business is simply forced to grow along with the market. It is possible to grow much faster if there are experts and like-minded people around, with whom to consult, get support in word and deed” said Artem Lukin, co-founder of the Commonwealth “Tcech”, head of the company supplying solutions for robotization of production Technored.

Russian companies are successfully implementing import substitution projects and programs, forming new technology clusters, and creating innovative solutions. The development of breakthrough technologies increases the competitiveness of the domestic economy. Rosatom and its enterprises take an active part in this work.
