Export control procedures have been optimized in JSC ETC GET
The Industry Center for Export Control (ICEC) team has successfully accredited the Internal Export Control Program (IECP) of JSC ETC GET in Rosatom State Corporation. Thanks to the company’s IECP, the process of obtaining permits for 90% of foreign economic transactions will be greatly accelerated.
The official approval of Rosatom State Corporation on the absence of a need for JSC ETC GET to send for expert review draft foreign trade contracts for the export of certain categories of products to a number of countries was received on March 17, 2023. Such products include full-scale and analytical simulators (FSS and AS, respectively), software for FSS and AS, system and application software in the field of mathematical modeling, local simulators (LS), technical training facilities, computer equipment, training simulators, digital twins of traditional energy facilities, SPTA and equipment.
Due to the optimization, there is no need to conduct expert reviews of contracts for repair work, documentation handover for technical training facilities (TTF) - NPP FSS, NPP AS, mock-ups of NPP equipment and systems, NPP LS, rendering of engineering, technical consulting services, training in relation to the TTF and in relation to the training center of traditional energy facilities.
The list of countries, in relation to which it is possible to carry out foreign economic activities on the basis of own internal expert opinions on export control includes 29 states.
As a result, the period of expert reviews of foreign economic contracts was reduced from 12 business days to 3. The innovation will significantly speed up the process of execution and receipt of permits in terms of export control.
