On February 18, Metsamor High School No. 2 (RA) held a holiday on the eve of the Book Giving Day, a national holiday celebrated annually on February 19 on the birthday of the greatest Armenian poet and writer Hovhannes Tumanyan.

The event was the final one in the framework of the interactive campaign “Give a Book”, organized by Rosatom SC. The campaign took place since the beginning of February in the social networks of the educational project Look Around Armenia, and everyone could take part in it.

“The main idea of the campaign was to increase interest in reading, to form an attitude towards reading as a pleasure or hobby. Rosatom State Corporation as a knowledge corporation pays a lot of attention to education, and books are a source of new information, they help to broaden your horizons and increase your professional level. It's nice that we managed to attract more than 500 people to the campaign”, said Vladimir Gorn, Deputy Head of the Regional Center of Rosatom SC for Eastern Europe.
