Company employees cannot vote for their employer this year. Only the votes of applicants are counted on the HeadHunter platform.

From October 1 to October 31, voting for the best employer in the country takes place according to HeadHunter, the largest HR platform.

This year, only an external audience takes part in the vote: for example, Rosatom SC employees cannot vote for their employer, this will be considered a violation. However, Rosatom SC can be supported by family members of employees, children, university and college students.

They can go from a personal device to a website https://rating.hh.ru/poll/ (not available in the CDTN) in order to vote.
