Memorandum of cooperation signed with Alstom Power Systems and AAEM Turbine Technologies

On December 6, 2019, Rusatom Service JSC reached an important milestone in strengthening its partnership on the Akkuyu NPP project by signing a memorandum of business cooperation with Alstom Power Systems (part of General Electric) and AAEM Turbine Technologies LLC (Atomenergomash JSC "And General Electric). The parties will cooperate in organizing a joint service of the turbine rooms within the framework of the project for the construction of the Akkuyu NPP, the first nuclear power plant in the Republic of Turkey near the city of Mersin. Rusatom Service JSC, Alstom Power Systems and AAEM Turbine Technologies LLC are also planning to strengthen cooperation in all service projects for foreign nuclear power plants of Russian design with Alstom turbines, and in other areas. *** JSC Rusatom Service is part of the electric power division of ROSATOM.
