TAdviser SummIT took place in Moscow on November 29, organized by TAdviser.ru - an authoritative publication in Russia for corporate informatization.

The TAdviser Summit participants discussed current issues of the modern IT sphere in the context of increasing technology sovereignty - digitalization under sanctions and restrictions, strategies and the largest IT projects of the state and business, best practices of replacing foreign solutions with domestic analogues, as well as the IT infrastructure development in new circumstances.
The agenda included a plenary session, where IT directors of Russia's largest companies and government agencies made presentations. A key topic of the presentations was improving the efficiency of business and government using technology. Leading IT companies told about the advanced developments that are being prepared for market launch during the session.
Nikolay Batalin, Chief Expert of the Digitalization Department and Project Manager of Rusatom Service JSC, and Artem Belychev, Case Studio Development Director, presented together in "IT in Industry" section. The speakers presented a case of implementing E-commissioning management - an automated information system to control NPP commissioning production processes based on the low-code Case Platform.
E-commissioning management accumulates a significant amount of commissioning data, allowing to plan and monitor the progress of tasks almost online, as well as to manage resources - from personnel to instrumentation fleet.
During his speech Nikolay Batalin told about the background for implementing the E-commissioning system in the company, the key functionality and capabilities of the system, as well as why Case Platform was chosen as the base.
